Short Description
I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in the Sonoran Desert.
Description
I am interested in how the field of ecopsychology could open up interdisciplinary collaboration between ecopsychologists and social workers using the ecological model. I am trained in mindfulness meditation and Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I have great gratitude for the healing power of nature, having had profoundly therapeutic experiences in the wilderness. I am also very interested in animal-assisted therapy, having a life-long love of animals, both wild and domestic. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy learning about genealogy, spirituality, mythology, folklore, cultural anthropology, and much more.
