After more than 10 years of personal work with native traditions (Nahuatl, Lakota and Guarani), I felt that I couldn't put together my psycotherapy practice with all I had learned in my personal journey. When I was about to quit my practice, my junguian psychotherapyst talked to me about Ecopsychology.
I fell in love at first sight with all I could learn and integrate, and now I'm fully commited to the practice, teaching and developing of Ecopsychology in Uruguay and in South America.
I introduce Ecopsychology in my clinical practice by helping people integrate their inner nature to the day to day life.
I work a lot with Ecofeminism, bringing back old forgotten values such as the importance of menstruation, and the sacredness of maternity and sexuality.
I own with my husband a beautifull piece of land where I conduct reatreats, walks in the wild with families (including children), and where I take myself to get nurtured when I need it.
I believe that we need to work with the darkests parts of our souls to transform them into the fertile soil where the new seed will grow.
